MAE—Menopause Awareness and Empowerment—is committed to reshaping the workplace dialogue around menopause, celebrating its positive potential, and enabling both employees and employers to thrive during this transformative phase.
MAE started, like many big ideas, over coffee and unfiltered conversation. Tatiana and Shannon—longtime Human Resources professionals—found themselves comparing notes about their experience of navigating their careers and the perimenopause symptoms as well as the lack of support they were encountering.
Brain fog, mood swings, and sleepless nights were taking their toll. If they felt unseen, how many others were quietly struggling too?
After decades of helping leaders build strong, inclusive cultures, they saw the gap: menopause was still missing from the workplace conversation. And that silence was costing companies productivity, engagement, and talent.
So they created MAE to change that. A partner to companies that equip managers and employees with the information and tools they need for real support and empowerment.
